Taco Bar will be served at the Family Dinner from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., prior to the evening activities on Wednesday. A gluten free/dairy free option is available upon advanced request. We ask everyone to sign up by 12:00 p.m. the Monday before. Please click here or call the church office to sign up. This is always a great time of fellowship before the evening activities begin. After registering, in the confirmation page, you can now pay online for your meals.
Completed Nomination Forms for Elders and Deacons must be returned by Sunday, March 1, and can be dropped off in the Nominations Envelope located at the Deacon Counter in the Lobby, David Scranton’s box in the Mailroom, or the Church Office.. Our students will be collecting a coin offering next Sunday in the morning services. This offering is used by the Next Generation ministries for special purchases. We appreciate the financial gifts that you generously donate.
After salvation, Baptism is an important next step for the believer in Christ. By obeying Christ’s command, you are publicly declaring your identity with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. Our next Baptism service will be Sunday March 29. To sign up use the QR code, email angela.haner@calvarybible.org, or call the Church Office. On March 4, all Wednesday Evening Growth Groups will be combined for a Strategic Seminar in the Chapel at 6:30pm with Calvary leadership on the topic of “Every Child Complete in Christ: Biblical Strategies for Discipling the Next Generation at Calvary." This will include a time to fellowship with other members, teaching from the Word, and a Q&A session on the topic. This seminar is open to all, whether or not you regularly attend a Growth Group, and we encourage anyone to come, even if you are not directly involved in discipling the Next Generation, as this will be an informative evening that will help us all as a church family understand our place in praying for and supporting this vital task.
Grandparenting with Purpose: Are you a grandparent or preparing to be one? Join us for a 7-week series beginning Wednesday, March 11, designed to encourage and equip Christian grandparents. Learn Biblical principles to help you leave a legacy of faith for your grandchildren. Each session includes short video teachings by Larry Fowler, Founder of Legacy Coalition, and discussion time with other grandparents. Ladies of Calvary: SAVE THE DATE! “The God Who Sees Me” Women’s Disciple Making Ministry’s Spring Retreat at Indian Lake Camp in Vicksburg, April 24-25. Come join us for a time of refreshing fellowship and spiritual growth. Author Trisha White Priebe and Faith White will be our speakers. Registration will open March 1.
