Taco Bake will be served at the Family Dinner from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. prior to the evening activities on Wednesday. A gluten free option is always available. To ensure we have enough food, we ask everyone to sign up in advance (no later than 9:00 a.m. Wednesday), by noting on a Calvary Connection card, calling the Church Office or by Clicking Here using the QR code. This is always a great time of fellowship before the evening activities begin.
All juniors and seniors in high school, as well as college-aged young adults are invited to join a course Pastor Bret will be offering Spring Semester on Wednesday nights. It is entitled, “Before You Launch: A Spiritual Checklist For Graduates.” For those who homeschool, it will be equivalent to a 0.5 credit elective class. Click here to sign up.
This year's Calvary Christmas Concert, titled "Majesty in a Manger" is coming on December 9-11 and will feature the Calvary Choir, Orchestra, Kids Praise! and Handbell Choir. Invitations and posters are available in the lobby. Please make plans to attend and please be praying about friends, neighbors, and co-workers whom you can invite!
The next Men’s Breakfast will take place on Saturday, December 17 from 8:30 a.m. -10:00 a.m. Share a delicious breakfast, a challenge to lead spiritually and brotherly fellowship. Bring your dad, son, brother or friend! Click here to sign up.
If you have experienced the death of a loved one please join us for GriefShare. It is a Bible based program that helps guide you on your grief journey. The next session begins Monday February 6 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in 122A (Reception Room). It is a 13 week program with a cost is $20 (scholarships available). Contact Donna Steinke for more information.
Our students will be conducting a coin offering today in the morning services. This offering is divided between the youth ministry areas to be used for special purchases. Next Generation Ministries appreciates the coins that you generously donate.
Our Daily Bread and Today in the Word are available in the oak rack near the nursery hallway and the spindles in the entryway.
Opportunities to Serve
The Calvary Choir and Orchestra will be accepting guests to sing and play in our Christmas morning service. Please contact Mark Duncan or Ryan Whitaker if you’d like to sign up to join us or for more information.
There is a need for volunteers to help clear sidewalks on Sundays before services this winter. We are looking for 12 people,. This would be a once a month commitment if there are enough volunteers. If this is an area you are interested in serving or you would like more information, please contact Neil McCormick.
The Care Closet needs donations of winter coats, hats, gloves and childrens clothing. Please leave clean items in a bag outside the Care Closet in the Chapel hall.
AWANA needs more leaders for our Sparks (K-2nd Grade) and T&T (3rd-5th Grade) Clubs on Wednesday nights. If you are interested in serving, please contact Hannah Haney.

Elder Focus
Josh Andrews and his wife, Jodi, have four children: Abigail, Greta, Ella, and Titus. He was saved in 1990 and began attending Calvary Bible Church in 2008. He has served as an usher, projectionist, HomeGroup leader, LifeGroup teacher, High School leader, Deacon, and Elder.
