The Ministry Support Staff at Calvary is seeking a part-time (24-28 hrs/week), team member. This on-site position prefers strong people skills, experience in Word and Excel, and excellent communication skills, with a desire display Christ to all. Starting on September 9, there will be two new Core Training classes offered on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. During this 7-week Fall session (September 9 - October 21) please consider joining for one of the following Growth Groups:
· Theology 1: The Bible, God, the Son, and the Spirit (TH1)
· Principles of Bible Interpretation (BI1)
· Men’s Bible Study (Ezekiel)

*Note that the topics in Theology 1 correspond directly to the topics in Adventure Club this year. Parents are encouraged to attend Theology 1 to be equipped for conversations with their kids throughout the year.
The Calvary Choir is now accepting new members for the 2026-2027 season. If you are High School age or older and desire to serve the Lord through the choir ministry or are just looking for some additional information, please click here. Rehearsals will begin on August 26.
Registration for Kids Praise! is now open! Kids Praise! is a group of children in grades 1-5 who are enthusiastic about using music, movement, scripture, and drama to learn about and tell of our Lord's worth! Are you a WMU, KVCC, or K-College student? Welcome to Kalamazoo and to Calvary! We would love to see you at Crossroads. Crossroads is Calvary’s college and young adult group (18-25 yrs.). We meet at 10:30 a.m. in the Modular on Sunday mornings, 7:30 p.m. Sunday Evening in homes for Bible study, and for various fun events throughout the year. There will be a Parent Dedication on October 25 during the morning services, where parents will have the opportunity before the congregation to commit to raising their child in a biblical manner and for God’s glory. If you are interested in participating, there are two required dedication classes meeting October 11 and 18. Opportunities to Serve
An informational meeting will be held at the home of Bill and Debbie Walker on Tuesday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m. for those interested in a short-term mission trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand, for the CMDE Conference, February 11–26, 2027. The team will provide care for global worker families through childcare and VBS programs. Individuals, couples, and families with children 14 and older are welcome to serve. Tuesday Morning Bible Study is in urgent need of volunteers to serve with the children. We desire the Moms to be able to attend Bible Study and at this point there are not enough volunteers. If you are available on Tuesday mornings, beginning September 15 from 9-11:30 to help with the children, please click here. Thank you for considering serving in this ministry.
The Wednesday Night kitchen ministry is looking to add volunteers to the team to assist with meal prep and serving from 3pm to 7:30pm. There are a variety of tasks for any ability or skill level. Please click here to email for more information or to sign up .
