On Friday, July 3, the Office will be closed in observance of Independence Day.
Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be held in the Sanctuary tonight at 6:00 p.m. We will vote to affirm the Elder and Deacon nominees, approve the 2026-2027 budget, and affirm Ryan Whitaker as Associate Pastor of Corporate Worship. Copies of the listing of nominees are available in the lobby. If you are a member of Calvary Bible Church, please plan to attend. Nursery provided through age two.
The Annual Report has been emailed to active members. If you are an active member and did not receive the report, please email Anna at anna.matecun@calvarybible.org. A limited number of printed copies are available in the lobby.
Absentee ballots are available at the Deacon Counter in the Lobby. Please note that absentee ballots do not count towards the quorum needed for the meeting.
Our students will be collecting a coin offering next week in the morning services. This offering is used by the Next Generation ministries for special purchases. We appreciate the financial gifts that you generously donate.
During the week of Vacation Bible School the children, parents, and volunteers raised $4,482.72 for the Cliftons and their ministry!
The Calvary Orchestra is looking for musicians who would like to use their gifts to serve the Lord and support congregational worship. Whether you’ve played for years or are wondering if this might be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Beginning this fall, members typically serve 2–3 Sundays a month, rehearse Wednesday evenings, and play in the Christmas and Spring Concerts. Interested in trying it out this summer? The Calvary Choir is now accepting new members for the 2026-2027 season. If you are High School age or older and desire to serve the Lord through the choir ministry or are just looking for some additional information about the choir ministry, please click here.
In addition, the Choir is welcoming guest singers during the AM services on July 12. If you'd like to get a feel for what the choir ministry is all about or if you just would like to take this opportunity help lead our congregation in worship, we'd love to have you join us!
