No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, all believers are called to show the love of Jesus to others in this generation. The needs of our community are great and there are many practical ways you can help reach others with the love of Christ. We're also interested in, "in-reach." As we encourage and challenge each other to spiritual growth, we have several resources available to our own church body.

Church Library

The library is a great resource for people of all ages. We have books, DVDs, audiobooks, etc. for every age group! Visit GoodReads to view our entire non-fiction titles for adults.

Angel Tree

This ministry shows the love of Christ to children of inmates and their families. It seeks to transform lives by reconciling families to their Heavenly Father and each other. Volunteers accomplish this by providing children of inmates with gifts at Christmas. During the summer, children of inmates are given a backpack of supplies with the opportunity to attend a Christian camp. Follow up is made with the families throughout the year to help meet their physical and spiritual needs.

Care Closet

Offering clean, gently used clothing at no cost to people of all ages year round. Staffed by volunteers and covered in much prayer, clothing, shoes and other items are available to anyone in need. The Care Closet is open to Calvary attenders during the week when the church is open. Anyone else in need of clothing can be assisted by calling the Church Office and making an appointment.

Crossroads College and Young adult ministry

Crossroads is the college and young adult ministry of Calvary Bible Church. WMU Bible studies and evangelistic outreach to college students provide opportunities to engage those near CBC with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Healthy Homes

Healthy Homes offers a unique way to meet both the spiritual and practical needs of those in our community. During the summer, teams of volunteers rally together to install new windows in homes while ministering to the spiritual needs of families through fellowship, camaraderie and prayer support.

Alternatives Pregnancy Care Center

Alternatives Pregnancy Care Center in Kalamazoo is a non-profit community organization committed to serving women and children in Kalamazoo and Van Buren Counties. The mission is to reach the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ by offering hope and meeting needs that safeguard the right, dignity and health of women and their unborn children.
