Overview
The Faith at Home ministry supports individuals and families living out their faith away from the church building. The goal is to make living out faith in the home easier and more accessible. Faith at Home uses God’s Word as a path as Christians pass through various life stages providing tools to live out faith and engage in family disciple-making effectively. Knowing the path and having practical tools are both essential for faithfully living out faith all the time. Faith at Home provides practical ways to apply God’s Word to life.

Marriage
Marriage is a beautiful gift from God. It is the first institution He established in the book of Genesis. When the husband and wife follow their biblical roles in the marriage relationship, it brings God much glory. Marriage is not easy. Sin and selfishness creep in and can wreak havoc on a marriage and leave its members broken. The Marriage focus of the Faith at Home ministry is designed to look at what God’s Word has to say about the season of marriage. Whether considering if marriage is right for you, wanting to strengthen your marriage, or needing support as you walk through a difficult marriage, God’s Word speaks to your situation. The Marriage Season Pointers point to relevant passages in God’s Word, point to potential Calvary ministries that can serve as a support, and point to quality marriage books that apply key passages of the Bible.
Parenting
Deuteronomy 6 and Psalm 78 are two chapters that show how vital parenting is. God designed the parent-child relationship to be one of instruction and training. In today’s world, there are countless books written to advise on all aspects of parenting. How can we know which ones are good and helpful? The Parenting focus of the Faith at Home ministry looks at what God’s Word has to say about the various seasons of parenting. God gives us what we need and the Parenting ministry is designed to help find it. The Parenting Season Pointers point to relevant passages in God’s Word, point you to potential Calvary ministries that can serve as a support, and point you to quality parenting books that help apply key passages of the Bible.
